PathFinder Workshop

If you’ve struggled to define or implement a digital strategy that works for your organisation, the PathFinder Workshop is here to help you get...

→ Team alignment

→ Confidence in your strategy

→ A comprehensive digital roadmap

Who is it for?

The PathFinder Workshop is ideal for small-medium charities who are stretched on resource, short on time, or lacking in digital skills. You might already be using digital tech to fundraise or run your charity, but it's inconsistent and you’d like to integrate digital more strategically.

How does it work?

The workshop is delivered in-person or online and will typically involve 3-6 members of your core team.

Prior to the workshop, all participants will be sent a questionnaire to gather scope, and one person will be elected to take ownership of the project.

How is it structured?

The workshop is tailored to you, but the format is broadly structured like this:

→ Introductions and objectives

→ Facilitated discussion

→ Project scoping

→ Action prioritisation

→ Roadmapping
